J.W.LIMMING LTD HOLIDAY PRIZE DRAW – TERMS & CONDITIONS

 Entry into the draw to win a week’s rental of a Luxury Villa in the South of France, is subject to the following terms and conditions. The draw will take place on the 1/10/2008 and the results will be posted on this website.

1.         The prize must be taken between November 2008 & March 2009, (Excludes Christmas and New Year periods) and dates are subject to availability. If you would prefer to take the holiday at another time, this may be possible, subject to payment of the difference in rental price.

 2.         There is no cash alternative.

 3.         Prize is for accommodation only, and does not include transport to and from the Villa, insurance, food, or any other incidental expenses.

 4.         A refundable cheque for £1,000 will be required by the agent, as deposit against any damage which may be caused to the property. This will not be cashed and will be returned after your departure should no damage occur, or after payment for any damage, should that be the case.

 5.         One draw ticket will be issued for every £20 spent on garden furniture between 1^st April 2008 and 30^th September 2008. 

6.         The prize is for the winner, and up to 7 guests.

 7.         The prize is not transferable to a third party, and must be taken by the winner and any guests.

 8.         J.W.Limming Ltd cannot be held responsible for any injuries or losses that the winner or their guests may incur in the course of their holiday, and we suggest that adequate insurance is taken out before travelling.

 9.         The winner will be notified by post, telephone or email as soon as possible after closing date. 

10.       The Villa is strictly no smoking and no pets.
