 50 Years of Service to the Community

JW Limming Ltd was started by Anne and Jack Limming on February 23rd 1960 in what had been the living room of the family home at 17 Fleet Street in Holbeach.

As the business grew adjoining properties were aquired, until such time as it occupied 17 - 25 Fleet Street.

It has always the dream of Jack to build a 'Proper' shop on the sites of 19 - 25 Fleet Street, but unfortunately he died in 1977, before he was able to realise his ambition.

 

 THE OLD PREMISES
MODERN PREMISES One of the current directors of the company, - Ann and Jack's son Patrick took up the cudgels and eventually realised Jack's dream on the 6th May 1986 (on Patrick's 31st birthday) when the shop which now stands at 19 - 25 Fleet Street was opened. The original shop and family home at 17 Fleet Street in now occupied by Carousel.
